Behind The Name
Sereniti derives its name from “Seren” (Star) in Welsh and “Niti” (Wisdom) from Hindu philosophy, symbolizing inspiration and ethical principles. We are a transformative force dedicated to fostering clarity, hope, and virtuous living for the greater good through the fusion of star-guided inspiration and profound wisdom.

Jennifer Heegaard
Jennifer Heegaard is a dedicated entrepreneur and philanthropist. Throughout her life, she has supported numerous non-profits, served on Boards, and was the President of the Board of Directors for Suited for Success/Dress for Success Miami. With a robust entrepreneurial background and expertise in strategic global communications, Jennifer has created, developed, and executed high-profile communication campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives. This passion led to the birth of the Sereniti Foundation. Her unwavering commitment to helping others drives her continuous efforts to make a tangible difference in communities worldwide.
Andres Franco
Andres Franco, Director for Latin America at SS&C Blue Prism, boasts 30+ years of international business experience with leading companies like SS&C Blue Prism and Cisco. He excels in developing market strategies and expanding operations within the Latin American region. With 15+ years as a John Maxwell certified coach, Andres is known for his strategic leadership and coaching abilities. His dedication extends beyond the corporate world, with a lifelong commitment to serving foundations and the community.
