Building Homes, Building Hope Two Homes Down—Many More to Go

At Sereniti™ Foundation, we believe a home is the foundation for a better future. In partnership with the Catalina Muñoz Foundation, we helped turn a vision into reality for Yadira and her daughters, Juliet and Jessica—building not just a house, but a safe and welcoming home. From laying the foundation to placing the final roof tile, this project was powered by community, love, and young leadership. Every wall raised and every detail added brought more than just shelter—it brought hope, security, and opportunity. This is what happens when people come together with purpose. Together, we build more than homes—we build brighter futures.

Our second home was built for Mireya, a courageous cancer fighter, and her family—including her daughter, son-in-law, and three young grandchildren. For years, they all shared a single small room, living in conditions that made daily life a struggle. Once again, in partnership with the Catalina Muñoz Foundation, we set out to change that. The new home gave Mireya’s family the space, dignity, and stability they deserved—a chance to breathe, grow, and heal. What once seemed like an impossible dream became a fresh start. Today, they have more than just room to live—they have room to hope, to dream, and to look toward a brighter future.

Two Homes Down—And So Many More to Come
Our mission is just beginning. With the support of our donors, volunteers, and community, our goal is to build one home every month for a family in need. Because everyone deserves a safe place to call home. Together, we can make it happen—one family, one home, one future at a time.
